This piece features a beautiful Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Certified Synthetic Sapphire surrounded by transparent near-colorless old European and Rose Cut Diamonds. The timepiece dangles from the pin, which is removable. This watch is currently not working and is in the process of being restored.
